Online Member Discussions—Terms of Service
By using the Meatingplace.com Online Member Discussions service (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"):
1. Description of Service
The Service provides an opportunity for members of Meatingplace.com.com to publicly comment, discuss, or pose questions related to content featured on Meatingplace.com. This functionality enables hosptality industry professionals to communicate with one another through the Internet. Content is stored and made searchable and browsable on Meatingplace.com.
2. Content
This is a forum for industry professionals to comment, discuss, query and exchange ideas on topics relevant to the worldwide hospitality industry. Promotional messages or sales solicitations are not appropriate, nor are messages containing racist, sexist or vulgar language. Inappropriate messages will be removed at the sole discretion of the Editors and repeated violations may be cause for membership cancellation.
You, not Meatingplace.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you publish, post, upload, distribute, disseminate or otherwise transmit (collectively, "Post") via the Service. You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and communications while using the Service and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Service only to send and receive messages and material that are legal and proper.
Although the Editors reserve sole discretion to monitor and remove inappropriate Content, you understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that you deem offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Meatingplace.com be liable in any way for such Content. 5. Term and Termination
These Terms of Service will apply to your use of the Service and Membership on Meatingplace.com. You may terminate your Membership immediately at any time, for any reason, by contacting Technical Support. Likewise, Meatingplace.com may terminate your use of the Service immediately at any time, for any reason, and at such time you will have no right to use the Service.
